Just about everything about Jackie can be summed up into 3 words: Connect The Dots.

So, how does she “connect the dots”?

1. She is fabulous at looking ahead and paying attention to what is coming up.
2. She is great at asking questions to get the group thinking.
3. She pays attention to the details.
4. She is great at research.
5. She actually cares. And in this day and age, that means A LOT.
6. She is a quick study. She learns really well on her own.
7. She listens and picks up on the unspoken things that need to be addressed.
8. She is a helpful gatekeeper – of information, people, whatever could stop us from staying focused on what we need to focus on.
9. Even though she is thorough, she is very capable at pivoting to change. She’ll want to know the why behind the changes, but that’s because the context will help her to flow with your needs.
10. She is a wonderful teammate and contributor to the culture of the group.

If you have a chance to work with Jackie, you’ll gain a hardworking, deliberate professional who meets deadlines and helps the team with a variety of skills and talents.

Jackie and I worked together as contractors for a nonprofit organization which needed help with their marketing strategy and execution. Jacqueline is very approachable and kind which makes her easy to work with.

I have known Jacqueline for 8 years, and have been her supervisor for more than 5 years and feel that I have gotten to know her, her work ethic, and her sense of professionalism pretty well in that time.

Jacqueline was a Senior Specialist in charge of temporary and permanent fixtures for retail stores during her time at Canon, but like most positions, Jacqueline handled a lot more than that. She worked on a wide range of projects from creating and proofing marketing materials, to producing online tutorial videos, and to putting together an annual product and technology guide that shows off all of our products and our technology which meant having to work with additional groups inside Canon. Working with internal groups at a large company can be challenging and Jacqueline always handled with it with professionalism and patience while still hitting every deadline.

I would say the secret to that success was her meticulous planning. When a project came across Jacqueline’s desk, she did her homework to come up with a schedule and prepare for any potential pitfalls. Jacqueline has the unique ability to plan everything out, but then roll with the punches as it all changes and adjust her schedule accordingly. She did this behind the scenes, and despite the chaos of most projects, you would never think that Jacqueline was anything but 100% in control.

Jacqueline also had a lot of pride in her projects, which meant taking ownership. Jacqueline would always do what was necessary to make her projects a success.

On a personal level, Jacqueline is very approachable and kind which makes her easy to work with. She is also very honest, so it’s not a problem for her to candidly discuss what she might need from fellow employees. In turn, she will listen to any request made of her and do whatever she can to meet that request.

In closing, I know that Jacqueline will make an outstanding asset to any company she would seek to work for, and she has my full confidence that she can handle any task that would come her way.
