Jackie and I worked together as contractors for a nonprofit organization which needed help with their marketing strategy and execution. Jacqueline is very approachable and kind which makes her easy to work with.

I have known Jacqueline for 8 years, and have been her supervisor for more than 5 years and feel that I have gotten to know her, her work ethic, and her sense of professionalism pretty well in that time.


Jacqueline was a Senior Specialist in charge of temporary and permanent fixtures for retail stores during her time at Canon, but like most positions, Jacqueline handled a lot more than that. She worked on a wide range of projects from creating and proofing marketing materials, to producing online tutorial videos, and to putting together an annual product and technology guide that shows off all of our products and our technology which meant having to work with additional groups inside Canon. Working with internal groups at a large company can be challenging and Jacqueline always handled with it with professionalism and patience while still hitting every deadline.


I would say the secret to that success was her meticulous planning. When a project came across Jacqueline’s desk, she did her homework to come up with a schedule and prepare for any potential pitfalls. Jacqueline has the unique ability to plan everything out, but then roll with the punches as it all changes and adjust her schedule accordingly. She did this behind the scenes, and despite the chaos of most projects, you would never think that Jacqueline was anything but 100% in control.


Jacqueline also had a lot of pride in her projects, which meant taking ownership. Jacqueline would always do what was necessary to make her projects a success.

On a personal level, Jacqueline is very approachable and kind which makes her easy to work with. She is also very honest, so it’s not a problem for her to candidly discuss what she might need from fellow employees. In turn, she will listen to any request made of her and do whatever she can to meet that request.


In closing, I know that Jacqueline will make an outstanding asset to any company she would seek to work for, and she has my full confidence that she can handle any task that would come her way.

Jackie has it all under control and is easy to work with.

I wholeheartedly recommend Jackie Johnson as a virtual assistant. She has been virtually assisting MSI Press LLC since 2015. Very successfully. With knowledge, patience, diligence, promptness, and genuine talent.

Initially, she helped us with marketing. I learned a great deal from her. The press was young, and we were getting our feet wet. Jackie knew where we needed to go and what we needed to do to wade and to swim. She helped a number of our authors get their books noticed.

More recently, since 2020, Jackie has been our newsletter editor. She designed the monthly newsletter, which is clean, attractive, and gets the attention of those who receive it and read it. She definitely has an eye for aesthetics. She also has a heart for content; she perfectly senses the kinds of copywriting that will reach the hearts of readers (potential clients). I do not even have to think about the newsletter. Jackie reaches out on her own for content, then independently prepares the newsletter and, once approved, distributes it. She also maintains our e-mail list and provides guidance about how to manage it. This aspect of our business I do not have to stress over; Jackie has it all under control and is easy to work with, as well.
